We are a company specialized in consular procedures. We handle the procurement of official documents in Peru, their apostille through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and, if required, official or sworn translations based on the client's needs.
Our services focus on the processing and legalization of official documents such as:
Birth, marriage, and death certificates
Criminal background checks
Academic transcripts
Notarial documents
Public property records
And more
We take care of the necessary legalization or authentication before proceeding with the apostille through the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Once the process is complete, apostilled documents are scanned and sent in PDF format to the applicant's email or WhatsApp. The original physical document is then shipped abroad via SERPOST, DHL, or FedEx.

Apostille
An apostille is a certification issued by the Peruvian government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that verifies the authenticity of the signature and the capacity in which the Peruvian official acted on a document issued in Peru, in accordance with the 1961 Hague Convention, which abolished the requirement for legalization of foreign public documents. The main goal is to ensure that public documents originating in one country can be legally recognized in another member country of the Convention, eliminating the need for diplomatic or consular legalization.
In Peru, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the competent authority responsible for issuing apostilles for public documents. Common documents that require an apostille include birth, marriage, and death certificates; academic transcripts and degrees; professional titles; notarial and judicial documents; among others.
It is important to note that the apostille certifies the authenticity of the public official’s signature and their official capacity, but does not verify the content of the document itself.
